Eric Schrader
Owner/Broker
Eric became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 1991 after moving to Tucson from the Four Corners area. Eric followed in his mother's footsteps by becoming an Associate Broker in 2005 and the Designated Broker for Century 21 1st American in 2007. After taking over as Designated Broker and Owner in 2007 he started reviewing the various departments at Century 21 1st American and making improvements to systems. Afterworking with the Property Management Division he found that while the department provided excellent customer service to their owners, tenants and Home Owner Associations it lack automation. Eric tested various software systems for the Property Management Division and in 2009 updated the software to Appfolio. In 2011Eric made the decision to sell the Home Owner Association portion of the Property Management Division and build on the Residential Rental Market. As the Property Management Department continues to grow, Eric is focused on making sure that all clients receive the best customer service possible. Eric enjoys hunting, fishing and his newest hobby Mountain Biking.
Don Wehn

Don joined Century 21 1st American in early 2005 after 26 years in commercial/corporate banking. He has been successful as a full time REALTOR®, being available days, evenings and weekends and has earned numerous awards for his real estate performance. The most valued to Don is the annual Quality Service Award which reflects that high satisfaction of service his clients receive on a regular basis. Don has now expanded with us as a property manager and is eager to bring his knowledge and expertise of real estate to serve you in all your rental needs. If you have a rental property that you would like to market and sell, Don is your go to. You will not be disappointed with the service you receive in either circumstance.
Jesus Johnson

Jesus has been with CENTURY 21 1st American since February 2006 working in the Property Management Division. He relocated from California, where he worked as a sales agent for 20 years and as a Property Manager for 7 years.

Cecilia "Cecy" Johnson
Admin Assistant
Cecy came to Century 211 st American after retiring from Bank of America with 38 years of service several of those years were as an Assistant Branch Manager. Her primary location was in Green Valley. Cecy started in 2015 working "part-time" for the front desk and also for Property Management. Cecy has contributed her vast Customer Service background to training future employees on Customer Service etiquette. Her part-time position lasted approximately 2 weeks and then turned into a full-time position taking on most of the accounting for the Property Management Department. Cecy has worked closely with other agents and the broker to recruit Sales Agents for our Real Estate Department. When she isn't working she enjoys spending time with her two grandsons.
